Studio Owner & Director

Since Jessica could walk, she knew she wanted to dance. Throughout her years as a dancer she competed for 8 years, choreographed in schools and summer shows. She also taught at her local dance studio. She attended Long Island High School for the Arts and right after was picked to be apart of Broadway Dance Centers first "Professional Semester" where she trained with known choreographers who were also her inspiring mentors such as Derek Mitchell, Shiela Barker, Luam, and Sheryl Murakami. During Professional Semester she appeared in Office Max's "Elf Yourself" at the New York Stock Exchange and performed at the Winter semester showcase in Brian Thomas and Derek Mitchell's dance pieces. After graduating, she appeared in musical videos with artists Mike Lembo, Donnie Klang, Melissa Gorga, and Prince Malik. In 2011 she dance with the Unofficial dancers of the New York Giants. Her Performances include La Mega's "Summer Jam", Jackie Tohn from "American Idol" Flash Mob, Kim Kardashian's Post Wedding Party, "The Pulse" Dance Convention showcase with Danielle Polonco and Superbowl's Half Time show with Bruno Mars. Jessica is also signed to Model Management Group located in NYC.


Miss Ina

Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz, Hip-Hop & Technique 

Miss Ina began her dance journey at local competitive dance studio at age 2. She became absorbed with the competition world and spent majority of her free time training. During that time she won many awards and title rankings as a competitive dancer. Ina attended many classes taught by various instructors from all around the country and has also taken different style classes at Broadway Dance Center in New York City. In high school, she was a member of her schools dance team Massapequa Chiefettes and was captain for two of the three years. Right out of high school Miss Ina began teaching competition and recreation classes at Xtreme where she has choreographed award winning National routines!

Miss Danielle

Ballet, Pointe, Tap & Musical Theatre

Miss Danielle is a New York based Professional Actor/ Dancer and Choreographer. She specializes in teaching: Ballet, Tap and Jazz for students of all levels. She received her Bachelors Degree from Goucher College where she studied Choreography, Dance Performance and Vocal Performance with academic honors. She recently completed her Masters Degree in Theater Education from Adelphi University. Danielle professionally trained at Steps On Broadway, Broadway Dance Center and the Ailey School. Her most recent stage credits include: 42nd Street at the Ogunquit Playhouse, and White Christmas and Singin In The Rain at the John W Engeman Theater. Her choreography has been featured in productions for theater companies, high schools and middle schools throughout Long Island. She also coaches students interested in applying for Dance and Musical Theater Colleges; her former students currently attend NYU Tisch, The Boston Conservatory and Montclair State University.


Miss Victoria

Victoria has been dancing ever since she could walk.  She danced at a studio level for 15 years.   Junior year of high school, Victoria established and created a dance team at Seaford High School.  She was the captain of her high school team Junior and Senior year.  Now Victoria is a fourth year Senior Captain of the Hofstra University Dance Team.  She is a 2x National Champion with Hofstra University Dance Team.  Victoria was also a part of the Long Island Nets hype team.

Miss Isabella

Isabella Francisco started dancing when she was three years old, starting at June Claire Dance Center in Smithtown. Starting with tap, ballet, and jazz, she later took on styles like hip-hop, street jazz, acro, and lyrical. A few years later, Isabella took a master class at Xtreme Rhythm Dance Academy and signed up for both recreational and competition classes there. Her first and last years of competition started at Xtreme Rhythm. At the That’s Entertainment competition, Isabella won Miss National That’s Entertainment with her hip-hop solo "Que Calor." She graduated from XR Dance in 2021. Isabella was also a BOSS Kid for Jona Biddle for two seasons. Currently, Isabella is at Nitrogen the Company, where she trains every Sunday in many styles of dance by choreographers from all around the world. She has been with Nitrogen for two seasons now and will be continuing. Isabella has taken a variety of different classes in different styles at Broadway Dance Center in New York City. In addition, during the pandemic, Isabella used it as an opportunity to take classes online with people from all over the world, including Tricia Miranda, Jojo Gomez, Jaquel Knight, and Kris Terry. Isabella is ecstatic to be back at her home, Xtreme Rhythm Dance Academy, now working as a teacher!
